In the past few years Rory has focussed on Visual Design and Creative Direction within digital product & service design.
His most recent role with R/GA involved the visual design direction of Kuwait’s first fully digital bank – helping to develop the brand, design system, product features and launch campaign. At AnalogFolk he oversaw the development of the global visual language and digital standards for a HSBC.directing the development of the global visual language and digital standards for HSBC.
Previous design leadership experience includes 5 years as Head of Design at OgilvyOne covering digital comms, CRM, and digital product design. There he grew a successful award-winning design department. He has worked together with agencies like R/GA, AllofUs (now BCG), Sapient, Unit9, Brand Union and Wunderman on clients such as TikTok, Booking.com, Sainsbury's, British Airways, Land Rover, BT Sport, British Gas, Public Health England, BT, Virgin Media and American Express.
Rory's leading roles have been in award-winning teams including Campaign Global Digital Innovation Agency of the Year (AnalogFolk, 2019), Campaign Direct Agency of the year (OgilvyOne, 2011-2013), as well as projects being recognised by D&AD, DMA, BIMA, OneShow & Eurobest, amongst others.
He's been honoured to be part of judging panels for New York Festivals and The Scottish Design Awards.
